ONLINE RETURN
We offer returns and exchanges on full priced products (sales products excluded unless faulty) purchased online subject to the following conditions:
- - The garment is returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- - Garments are in a saleable conditions, i.e. clean, tags attached, in original conditions. Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be acceptable.
- - Sales items: ANC BY CAROL does not accepted returns (refund or exchange) on any sale items unless deemed faulty.
Request a return:
To request a return or exchange (excluding sale items), please contact us by email ancbycarol@gmail.com and include the following details:
- Order ID
- Return reason
- If you are exchanging an item, please include the product name, colour and size you would like to exchange for.
Refunds
- Refunds are reversed in the original form of payment.
- Refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear on your bank statement.
- The total amount of the refund will be minus any shipping charges (we do not refund the shipping fee).
Exchange
- Exchanges are subjected to availability at once your return arrives at our head office. Exchange can be made for items of the same value of money of your original purchase.
- We do not refund the shipping fee.
